❓ Where are AVARA bags made?
AVARA bags are designed in London and crafted by skilled artisans overseas. We work with trusted partners to ensure exceptional quality and ethical manufacturing standards.

❓ Are AVARA bags real leather?
We offer two collections:
- Genuine Leather: Made from top-quality full-grain or top-grain leather.
- Vegan Leather: Premium cruelty-free alternatives, with the same sculptural elegance.
Each product clearly states the material used.

❓ Where do you ship from?
We fulfill from our European warehouse and select international partners. This allows for fast and reliable delivery across the UK and EU.

❓ Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship North America, Europe and selected international Destinations

Shipping rates and delivery times appear at checkout.

❓ How long does shipping take?
Orders  are processed  within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery:
- UK: 2–5 days
- Germany: 2–4 days
- Europe: 3–7 days
- Other countries: 7–14 days

❓ Can I return my order?
Yes — we offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags.

Do your bags come with a warranty?

Yes, every AVARA product comes with a 365-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If your item shows a fault related to its construction or materials, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.

What’s covered:

  • Stitching or structural defects

  • Hardware faults (zippers, clasps, etc.)

  • Irregularities in the leather or materials not consistent with the product description

What’s not covered:

  • General wear and tear

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Cosmetic issues from use (scratches, stains, fading)

  • Unauthorized alterations or repairs
